Mission: Arising from the requirements of the solid waste management legislation enacted by the 1991 Legislature, Montana State University Extension Service -
Housing & Environmental Health Program, the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (MT DEQ), and the Montana Association of Counties (MACo) formed a partnership to provide long-term continuing education and certification needs of Montana landfill operators.
